Terms and Conditions

Bright and Klean voucher

These conditions apply to gift vouchers which have been purchased from Bright and Klean

1. Vouchers can be exchanged for dry cleaning, service washes and other Bright and Klean products (excluding shoe repair and commercial cleaning). Tailoring services require a minimum spend of £10, for a voucher to be redeemed and are subject to stores terms and conditions.
2. Where garments/items require a cash deposit in advance of cleaning, vouchers cannot be used as or part of the deposit.
3. Limited to one voucher per transaction and per day.
4. Vouchers are only valid for the amount specified on the front of the voucher and are not valid beyond the expiry date.
5. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The vouchers have a cash value of 0.001p. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
6. Damaged, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted, vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. Vouchers remain the property of Bright and Klean Limited.
8. Change is not given should your order value be less than the face value of the voucher. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash.
9. The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Bright and Klean Dry Cleaners.

 Clean Way voucher

1. Accor Clean Way vouchers are accepted as part payment or full payment only for services detailed on the reverse of each voucher
2. No cash exchange will be made at any time
3. Only uniform items can be accepted with vouchers. Personal garments are not permitted
4. Vouchers must be presented at the time garments/items are deposited
5. Clean Way vouchers are only valid before the expire date printed on the front of the voucher

VSL voucher

1.  VSL vouchers are accepted as full payment only for services detailed on the reverse of each voucher
2. No cash exchange will be made at any time
3. Only uniform items can be accepted with VSL vouchers. Personal garments are not permitted
4. Vouchers must be presented at the time garments/items are deposited
5. VSL vouchers are only valid before the expire date printed on the front of the voucher

NUS Card

1. We will accept 2010/11 NUS Extra cards, which is valid from August 2010 to August 2011.
2. The NUS Extra Card allows you to benefit from discounts on certain products and services at Bright and Klean Ltd. The discounts available to you may vary or be withdrawn at any time.
3. Defaced or broken cards may not be accepted.
4. We do not accept the NUS Extra card as certified proof of age card.
5. Bright and Klean reserve the right to refuse NUS Extra cards at any time.
