Collections and deliveries can be made between these times only:

| Saturday | 8am – 7pm |
| Sunday | 10am – 4pm |
We aim to collect and deliver within ½ an hour to 1hr time windows of the given customer collection or delivery times Monday to Fridays, (excluding Wednesday),according to different times of the day; between 7am – 11pm and 4pm – 8am we permit 1 hr time frames; between 11am – 4pm we permit ½ hour time windows.
Free deliveries
Collection and delivery within the catchment areas delineated below is free of charge notwithstanding incomplete collections or deliveries for which charges can be incurred: N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N10, N11, N12, N13, N14, N19, N20* N21, N22*EN4*,EN5* (area codes marked with * signify that only parts of the area code are serviced for free, please check with our collection and delivery staff for details).
All other collections and deliveries outside the catchment areas incur service charges.
