At Bright and Klean we have several processes that we use to ensure the cleaning quality of your rug. Rugs can become soiled and very dirty with extensive use or even through accidental spillage and in order to maintain its beauty it should be cleaned regularly to keep it stain and allergen free.
Using the very latest in cleaning technology and time trusted techniques we employ the very best cleaning methods to your rug based on its age, type, wear and colouring to restore it as far as possibly back to its original state.
Rugs are gently beaten using natural fibre brushes to remove heavy soiling, grit and dirt buried within the rug’s fibres.
The rugs are then vacuum cleaned using the very latest vacuuming technology to remove the dirt you can’t see.
Using biodegradable professional cleaning solutions your rug is then spot cleaned to remove those irritating stains. Our specialist cleaners choose from a range of spot cleaning products making sure to use solutions suitable to the dye and fibre of your rug, (all our cleaning solutions are environmentally friendly products).
Your rug is then ready for shampooing using carefully selected shampoos to match the delicacy of your rug. Some shampoos can be abrasive when combined with washing so we select our shampoo making sure your rug endures only a gentle but effective clean that works as hard as any abrasive solution.
After the wash stage your rug is left to dry off naturally. Forcing your rug to dry using machines can seriously damage your rug causing shrinkage and or even permanent damage.
Before sending your rug back to you we check your rug before it is completely dry and whenever necessary, (depending on the condition of your rug when it was received by Bright and Klean), we will repeat the whole or part of the cleaning process to ensure your rug reaches the highest possible standards of cleaning possible.
To finish off, when your rug is completely dry, we use natural fibre brushes to remove any dirt or dust raised to the surface of your rug during the cleaning process before rolling the rug and packaging it for you to use and enjoy.
